Charles O. Holliday
Charles O. Holliday (* 1948 in Nashville , Tennessee ) is an American manager .
Holliday studied business administration at the University of Tennessee . From 1998 to 2008 he was CEO of the chemical company DuPont . He has been Chairman of Bank of America since September 28, 2010 . In 2010 he was elected to the American Academy of Arts and Sciences .
In 2014 it was announced that Holliday would take over the chairmanship of Shell .
