Charles P. de Saint-Aignan (* 1977 in Paris ) is a French -born American computer scientist , astronomer and asteroid discoverer.
He is a graduate of Brown University in Providence in the State of Rhode Iceland and employees at the Watson project of IBM .
During a collaboration with Edward LG Bowell from the Lowell Observatory , he discovered a total of twelve asteroids at the Palomar Observatory between 1991 and 1994 .
The asteroid (5995) Saint-Aignan was named after him.
