Charlie Lyne

Charlie Lyne (born August 15, 1991 ) is a British film critic and filmmaker.

Life

Lyne founded the film blog Ultra Culture in 2008. Ultra Culture was known for its conversational style, strong opinions and comments.

In 2010 Lyne worked on the BBC program Film 2010. After a year he left the show.

Lyne's first film, Beyond Clueless , premiered on SXSW in 2014 .

In 2016 Lyne shot a crowdfunded film with a duration of 607 minutes. It shows how white paint dries on a wall. This served as a sign of protest against censorship and the classification obligation of the British Board of Film Classification . This was obliged to watch the entire film. On January 26, 2016, the film received the U.
