The Chase Tower is a skyscraper with a height of 259 meters and 60 floors in Chicago , Illinois . The address of the building is 10 South Dearborn Street, Chicago IL . It is currently the 11th tallest building in the city .

When it was completed in 1969, the Chase Tower was the fifth tallest building in the world and the seat of the First National Bank of Chicago . After the takeover by Bank One Corporation , the building was renamed Bank One Tower . In 2004 Bank One went to JPMorgan Chase , with which the building name was rededicated. Since then the building has been called the Chase Tower .
