Chatchai Koompraya ( Thai ฉัตร ชัย คุ้ม พญา , born April 3, 1984 in Suphan Buri ), also known as Chai ( Thai ชัย ), is a Thai football player .
Career
Chatchai Koompraya learned to play football in the youth of Suphanburi FC . It was here that he signed his first contract in 2005. In 2011 he moved to the second division side Bangkok United . With the club he rose to the first division in 2012 . The second half of 2016 he was loaned to league rivals Chainat Hornbill FC . The club occupied 17th place in the table at the end of the season and had to start the way to the second division. In 2017 he was signed by Chainat. Chainat became champion of the second division in 2017 and thus rose to the first division. He is still under contract with Chainat Hornbill FC to this day.
