The Chauveau Point ( French Pointe Chauveau ) is a headland that marks the southwestern end of the island of Liège Island in the West Antarctic Palmer Archipelago .
The cape was mapped and named during the Fourth French Antarctic Expedition (1903-1905) under the direction of Jean-Baptiste Charcots . Charcot named it after A. Benjamin Chauveau from Météo-France in Paris.
