Chawat Skali (Hebrew: חוות סקאלי, from the English translation Hava shel Skali or Havat Skali ) is an Israeli settlement in the West Bank that was illegally established under international law . It belongs to the regional administration of Shomron and is located near Elon Moreh (Hebrew: אֵלוֹן מוֹרֶה, Arabic: آلون موريه). The place was named after Yitzhak Skali, who founded the settlement in 1999.
