Chenggu

Chenggu  ( Chinese  城固 县 , Pinyin Chénggù Xiàn ) is a district of the prefecture -level city of Hanzhong in the Chinese province of Shaanxi . In 1999 it had 497,871 inhabitants.

In the district are the grave of Zhang Qian (张 骞 墓, Zhāng Qiān mù ), the Wumenyan weir (五 门 堰, Wǔményàn ), and, in the Baoshan community (宝山 镇), the ruins of Baoshan (宝山 遗址, Bǎoshān yízhǐ ) from the Neolithic and the Shang Dynasty period , which are on the List of Monuments of the People's Republic of China .

At the community level, Chenggu is made up of 18 large communities . These are:

  • Greater community Shangyuanguan (上元观镇)
  • Greater community Tianming (天明镇)
  • Large community Erli (二 里镇)
  • Greater community Wudu (五堵镇)
  • Greater community Shuangxi (双溪镇)
  • Greater community Xiaohe (小河镇)
  • Greater community Wulangmiao (五郎庙镇)
  • Greater community Dongjiaying (董家营镇)
  • Greater community Sanhe (三合镇)
