The Chil Brook is a tributary of the Thames in Oxfordshire . It arises northwest of Eynsham and runs first in the west, then in the south of the place. After crossing under the B4044 road, where an unnamed tributary flows into it, it changes its name to Wharf Stream . Under this name it flows east of the Swinford Toll Bridge into the Thames.
