China Resources Enterprise (abbreviated: CRE ; Chinese  華潤 創業 , Pinyin Huárùn Chuàngyè ) is a Chinese company headquartered in Hong Kong and a subsidiary of China Resources (Holdings) Company Limited (abbreviated CRC). The company is listed on the Hang Seng share index on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange .

CR Enterprise has 113,000 employees in Hong Kong and mainland China. Sales amounted to 6.91 billion in 2006 US dollars and net profit at 290 million US dollars. CR Enterprise operates in the retail, brewery, food, petrochemical, light industry, textiles and logistics sectors, among others.

The company has the following subsidiaries: China Resources Vanguard , China Resources Retail , China Resources Brewery , Ng Fung Hong, China Resources Petrochems, China Resources Light Industries & Textiles, China Resources Property (Hong Kong) and China Resources Logistics.

The Handelsblatt listed China Resources Brewery as the fifth largest brewery in the world in 2014. Reuters announced in early August 2018 that Heineken would take over 40% of the company in a non-binding agreement.
