China Resources (Holdings) Co., Ltd. (abbreviated: CRC ; Chinese 華潤 (集團) 有限公司 , Pinyin Huárùn (jítuán) yǒuxiàn gōngsī ) is a Chinese company with headquarters in Hong Kong . Several subsidiaries of the holding company are listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange : China Resources Enterprise (CR Enterprise, in the Hang Seng Index ), China Resources Land (CR Land, also in the Hang Seng Index), China Resources Logic (CR Logic) and China Resources Power Holdings (CR Power, also in the Hang Seng Index).
CRC started under the company name Liow & Company in 1938 and changed the name to China Resources Company in 1948 . In 1983 the company was transformed into China Resource (Holdings) Company Limited , which operates in multiple sectors. As a conglomerate, China Resources operates through its subsidiaries in the areas of logistics, real estate, brewery, food, retail, mechanical engineering, petrochemicals, construction, energy and microelectronics.
