China United Airlines ( Chinese 中国 联合 航空 ) is a Chinese regional airline based in Beijing and based at Beijing Nanyuan Airport .
history
China United Airlines was founded in 1986 for civilian transport tasks by the People's Liberation Army and is today the only civilian airline that is allowed to use the Beijing Nanyuan Airport , which is partly used by the military . It is majority owned by Shanghai Airlines .
