Chinchimane (also Chinchimani ) is a settlement in the east of the Namibian region of Zambezi . It lies in the constituency sibbinda and traditional seat of the Mafwe - kings .

The Lusata Festival is celebrated in Chinchimane every year on the first Sunday in October . Lusata denotes the royal scepter of the Mafwe. The traditional dish , Mafwe Khuta, is also located here .

The settlement has a primary school.
