Sibinda (also Sibbinda ) is a constituency in the Zambezi region in Namibia . The administrative seat is the town of the same name Kongola . The district has 11,112 inhabitants (as of 2011).
Councilor of the constituency is Felix Mukupi from SWAPO , who won 1918 votes in the 2010 regional council elections and thus received 77.03% of all votes.
