The Chitar-Petar-Nunatak ( Bulgarian нунатак Хитър Петър nunatak Chitar Petar ) is a 462 m high and rocky Nunatak in Graham Land on the Antarctic Peninsula . On the Trinity Peninsula, it rises 4.69 km southeast of the Balej Nunatak , 7.35 km northeast of Mount Roberts and 4.35 km south of the Tufft Nunatak on the south side of the mouth of the Aitkenhead Glacier in the Prinz Gustav Channel on.
German and British scientists carried out its mapping in 1996. The Bulgarian Commission for Antarctic Geographical Names named him in 2010 after the legendary Bulgarian folk hero Chitar Petar (Bulgarian; German roughly "Schlitzohriger Peter").
