Chris-Florian Treutler (born January 1, 1988 in Peine ) is a German handball player .

Treutler is mostly used on the back center . However, he can also play on the left wing and in the left backcourt. Chris-Florian Treutler began his senior career at TG Münden. Through consistently good performances, MT Melsungen also became aware of the playful handball player. Treutler has played in the handball Bundesliga with MT Melsungen since the 2008/2009 season . Since he had a sponsorship license , he was also eligible to play for the TG Münden. For the 2010/2011 season, the production license changed, so that Treutler was active for both MT Melsungen and SVH Kassel (at that time 3rd League East). His contract in Melsungen ran until June 2011. After his professional contract with MT Melsungen expired, Chris-Florian decided to stay in the North Hesse region in order to advance his professional future. This is how HSG Baunatal was able to secure the playmaker's services. There he convinces not only with his defensive strength, but also with his game intelligence and above all his throwing power.

Treutler started at MTV Groß Lafferde in his youth. Then at the age of 14 he switched to the sports boarding school in Magdeburg SC Magdeburg . There he went through the youth teams and won various titles. Among other things, German champion 2006, country cup winner 2005, as well as 3rd place at the school world championship 2005 in Hungary.
