Chris Kolb (* 1958 in Ann Arbor , Michigan ) is an American politician .

Life

After graduating from Huron High School , Kolb studied at the University of Michigan and then at Emory University in Atlanta , Georgia . After completing his studies, Kolb was employed in the private sector, where he worked in the waste management and recycling sector. From January 2001 to January 2007, Kolb was Elizabeth Brater's successor for the maximum permitted period of three two-year terms in the Michigan House of Representatives . He was followed by the politician Rebekah Warren . Kolb is a member of the Democratic Party . After his term in parliament, Kolb worked for the state-run Early Childhood Investment Corporation . Kolb lives in Ann Arbor.
