Chris Tina Tengel

Chris Tina Tengel (born in Vienna in 1964 as Christian Thomas Tengel ) is an Austrian music editor and presenter who has been working for ORF since 1990 .

life and work

Tengel attended grammar school in Mödling and studied music and theater studies at the University of Vienna . After doing internships in the music department of ORF television since 1990, Tengel now works regularly for the classic channel Ö1 with a focus on opera . The editor designed and designed programs within the series Apropos Opera , From the Concert Hall and Music Pavilion , presents broadcasts of complete operas and has moderated the program Hear Voices since 2010 .

In the program Hear Voices , Chris Tina Tengel presents both well-known operas and rarities, comparing interpretations around the world. The Ö1 broadcast is available as a podcast for one week. She also publishes in numerous print media.
