Christel Trautmann

Christel Trautmann (born October 23, 1936 in Weiterstadt ) is a Hessian politician ( SPD ) and former member of the Hessian state parliament .

education and profession

After finishing elementary school, Christel Trautmann did a commercial apprenticeship and worked until 1967 as an employee at banks, insurance companies and associations.

politics

Christel Trautmann has been a member of the SPD since 1964. Since March 1977 she has been a city councilor in Darmstadt for the SPD .

After Peter Benz was elected as a full-time city councilor in Darmstadt, he resigned his state parliament mandate and Ms. Trautmann was his successor as a member of the Hessian state parliament on December 10, 1976. In the following three elections she won the direct mandate in the constituency of Darmstadt-Stadt I and left the state parliament on February 17, 1987.

Honors

Christel Trautmann received the Federal Cross of Merit on ribbon in 1989 .
