Christi Shake (born August 22, 1980 in Baltimore , Maryland ) is an American model and actress . Shake became a Playboy - Playmate chosen the month of May 2002 and has ancestors Czech , German , Polish , Swedish and Dutch origin.
Career
Shake has starred in a number of Playboy videos since her success as Miss May in 2002.
Shake appeared on the VH1 show My Antonio and in 2009 on the docu-soap The Girls of the Playboy Mansion .
