Christian-Friedrich Dallmann
Christian-Friedrich Dallmann (* 1955 in Karlsburg ) is a German horn player and pianist .
Life
Dallmann is the son of the pastor and writer Gerhard Dallmann . He learned at the Special School for Music in Berlin and studied with Kurt Palm at the “Hanns Eisler” University of Music in Berlin , where he later also taught. Dallmann then received a professorship for horn in Detmold and has been working at the University of the Arts (UDK) in Berlin since 2004 . He was principal horn player for a long time in the Berliner Sinfonieorchester (BSO), now the Konzerthausorchester Berlin , and also often plays in the Concerto Brandenburg as a horn player ( natural horn ) or directs this ensemble, which makes music with historical instruments.
