Career

Christian Alessandria was born on January 26th, 2000 in the Piedmont city of Alba and played in his childhood and youth, among others, for AC Bra from the municipality of Bra, which is located a few kilometers east of his hometown . After going through various junior league classes there, he made the leap into the junior division of the Italian top club Juventus Turin and was active there until summer 2016. He then switched to the youth team at Udinese Calcio , to which he subsequently belonged until the end of 2017 and for which he was most recently active in the U-17 team. After he was released from his duties in December 2017, he was considered to be without a club for around two months before the newcomer to the highest Slovenian football league , the NK Ankaran , signed him.

Not yet in the squad in the first four games after his commitment, on March 13, 2018, he sat on the professional team's bench for the first time in a competitive match in a 1-1 away draw against NK Krško . Already in the following round, coach Vlado Badžim put him in a 3-0 defeat against league leaders and eventual champions NK Olimpija Ljubljana from the 86th minute for Brazilian Felipe Santos . After that he was a substitute player until the end of the season, with a few exceptions when he was not part of the professional squad, but was not considered as such with any further use. After 36 championship rounds, the NK Ankaran ranked tenth and last place in the table, which meant relegation to the second-class Druga Slovenska Nogometna League .
