Christian Baum
Christian Baum (Arbor) (* 1580 in Marienberg / Ww .; † May 16, 1626 at the Pest in Herborn ) was a German theologian and teacher.
From 1590 he was on a pedagogy in Herborn, 1598 followed by studies at the Herborn High School . He became a teacher in Butzbach and from 1604 at the pedagogy in Herborn. He went with the relocation to Siegen and after the relocation in 1610 he became the first class preceptor and pedagogue researcher as the successor to Johann Heinrich Alsted . His widow Anna Baum, b. Corvin, was accused of being a witch and beheaded in 1629.
