Christian Geistdörfer

Christian Geistdörfer (born February 1, 1953 in Munich ) is a German motor sportsman .

Geistdörfer was active from 1975 to 1990. For a long time he was co-driver of rally driver Walter Röhrl . Together with him he was twice world rally champion ( 1980 and 1982 ), once runner-up ( 1983 ) and four times winner of the Monte Carlo Rally . In mid-2001, Geistdörfer drove as Röhrl's co-driver in the Porsche 996 GT3 , the lead car of the ADAC Rallye Deutschland, which took place from July 5 to 8, 2001.

Since then Geistdörfer has mainly been active as a consultant in the racing sector.
