Christian Goiny

Christian Goiny (born April 28, 1965 in Berlin ) is a Berlin politician ( CDU ). He is a member of the House of Representatives and spokesman for media policy.

Life and study

Goiny grew up in Berlin. In 1984 he passed his Abitur. In 1993 he completed his law studies at the Free University of Berlin . From 1999 he worked as a lawyer, between 2002 and 2005 in the management of bpi-GmbH. Goiny has been the managing director of Kommunal-Verlag GmbH since 2006. Christian Goiny is single.

Political party

Christian Goiny is a member of the CDU parliamentary group and was district chairman of the Junge Union Steglitz from 1985 to 1991. Since 2002 he has been chairman of the CDU local association of Lichterfelde, and from 1999 to 2007 he was a member of the state executive. From 1985 to 1989 he was citizens' deputy in the BVV Steglitz (People's Education Committee). 1989 to 2001 member of BVV Steglitz and Steglitz-Zehlendorf (interruption July to November 1995). 1995 to 2001 chairman of the CDU parliamentary group in BVV Steglitz-Zehlendorf.

Goiny was a member of the Berlin House of Representatives from July to November 1995 and has been again since October 2006. He is a member of the Main Committee, the Committee for Science and Research and the Committee for European and Federal Affairs, Media, Berlin-Brandenburg. Here he is the media policy spokesman.

At the suggestion of the CDU parliamentary group Christian Goiny was to succeed Friedbert Pflueger from the House of Representatives for the period from 2011/12 to the Broadcasting Board of rbb selected.

elections

Goiny was a member of the Berlin House of Representatives from July to November 1995 and has been represented there again since 2006. In his constituency of Steglitz-Zehlendorf 3 he was directly elected in 2006, 2011 and 2016. He ran there as early as 2001, but did not get a majority at the time.
