Christian Gude (* 1965 in Rheine ) is a German author of crime novels .

Life

Gude is a geographer and works as a marketing expert for a consulting company. He is married and has one son. Gude lives in Darmstadt .

Publications

Five crime novels by Christian Gude have been published. The main setting for the novels is Darmstadt, the protagonist is the fictional police chief inspector Karl Rünz. Mosquito addresses the air raid on Darmstadt by the Royal Air Force on the night of September 11-12, 1944.

The focus of binary code is on the activities of the European Space Control Center and other institutions in Darmstadt. Binary code moves on the genre boundary between crime fiction and science fiction . The science thriller Homunculus focuses on robotics research at the Technical University of Darmstadt.
