Christian Mbulu (born August 6, 1996 in London , † May 26, 2020 ) was an English football player .
Career
Christian Mbulu started playing for Brentwood Town in the Isthmian League when he was 17 . On his 19th birthday, Mbulu signed a professional contract with London club Millwall FC . This awarded him in 2017 to the lower-class clubs FC Canvey Island and Braintree Town . After his contract with Millwall was not renewed, he moved to the Scottish first division club Motherwell FC after a successful trial . A year later he moved back to England to join Crewe Alexandra . He joined Morecambe FC in January 2020 .
Mbulu died unexpectedly in May 2020 at the age of 23.
