Christian Specht is a German film producer.

Life

As managing director of Til Schweigers Barefoot Films , he produced the films Klassentreffen 1.0 , Head Full of Honey and The Wedding with him .

Christian Specht is a DFFB production graduate and fully qualified lawyer. He has been with the Barefoot Films team since 2007 and has been its managing director since 2016.

Before he became managing director, he headed the Til Schweiger Foundation in the year it was founded , which works to improve the opportunities for disadvantaged children and young people of all origins.

The documentary Helgoland - Insel im Sturm (Director: Robert Morgenstern; Production: NDR Naturfilm ) won the "Nature Film Oscar" and the "Marian Zunz Newcomer Award" with the Little Kong Films production company he founded during his studies. of the "Jackson Hole Wildlife Film Festival" (USA).

His short film Manolo was previously awarded the Lola, the German Short Film Prize and the ZDF Neo Award.
