Christian Walcher (born September 27, 1980 in Bolzano ) is a former Italian ice hockey player who was last under contract with HC Bozen in the A1 series .

Career

Christian Walcher began his career as an ice hockey player with HC Bozen , for whom he made his Serie A1 debut in the 1997/98 season . In his rookie year , the attacker won the Italian championship for the first time with his team . He was able to repeat this success with his team in the 1999/2000 season. In the summer of 2001, Walcher moved to SV Ritten , which he left after only one year to return to Bolzano. With his ex-club, for which he played continuously until 2013, he was champion three times (2008, 2009 and 2012), three times cup winners (2003, 2007 and 2009), three times Supercup winners (2004, 2007 and 2008), and twice Messe Cup -Winner (2007 and 2008).

After the 2012/13 season, the South Tyrolean ended his active career.

International

For Italy , Walcher took part in the U20 Junior C World Championship in 1998 .
