Christian Werner (cyclist)
Christian Werner (born June 28, 1979 in Bad Schwalbach ) is a former German cyclist .
Werner had been under contract with the Bonn-based T-Mobile team since 2003 , before that he drove for the Nürnberger team for two years . In 2003 he started at the Vuelta a España and in 2005 at the Giro d'Italia . In 2006 he ended his career after he did not get a new contract from T-Mobile.
As part of the investigation of the doping affair, Team Telekom confessed to having received growth hormones and cortisone for doping purposes .
