Christiane Klumpp

Christiane Wagner , born Christiane Klumpp , (born November 22, 1976 in Freudenstadt ) is a former German rhythmic gymnast .

The 1.64 meter tall Klumpp, who had a competition weight of 48 kg when she was active, started for TV Wattenscheid . She took part in the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona with the German team. There she was tenth in the individual ranking. At the following world championship in November in Brussels, she finished eighth in the all-around competition. In the same year she took first place at the German championships in four-way combat. She won 2nd place with the ball and the clubs (behind Magdalena Brzeska ) and won the German championship title with the hoop and the rope. At the German Gymnastics Championships in Bremen in 1993 , she was runner-up in the disciplines of ball, ribbon and club. Klumpp is married today and has a daughter. After studying business administration, she worked in tourism for many years and is now responsible for public relations for the city of Freudenstadt.
