Christiane Palm-Hoffmeister

Christiane Palm-Hoffmeister (* 1945 in Nossen , Saxony ) is a German cabaret artist and author . She lives and works in Syke-Barrien ( Lower Saxony ).

biography

After studying psychology , Palm-Hoffmeister completed training as a psychotherapist and then worked as such in the university sector. She has lived in Syke-Barrien since 1974 and is known in the Syker region as a culturally committed personality who, after the death of her husband Marcel Hoffmeister, is mainly active as an author and organizer of cabaret . She is the founder of the Heinrich Schmidt Barrien archive at the Barrien watermill .

Cabaret programs as "Duo Holly"

Together with Marcel Hoffmeister as “Duo Holly” , Palm-Hoffmeister organized evening-length cabaret programs from 1987 to 1997, especially throughout northern Germany. Approx. She has shown 350 appearances, including in Bremen, Bremerhaven, Delmenhorst, Hanover, Hamburg, Berlin, Wismar, Güstrow, Rostock, Essen, Bochum, Stuttgart, Pforzheim, Stuhr and Syke.
