Christina Pernice

Christina Pernice (born February 3, 1973 in Bonn ) is a German lawyer . She is a judge at the Federal Court of Justice .

Live and act

Pernice studied law at the University of Saarbrücken , where she passed her first state examination in law. She then became a Dr. with the corporate law work "The delay in insolvency by the management body of the small corporation in German, French and English law". iur. PhD. After her legal clerkship and the second state examination, she joined the judicial service of the state of Baden-Württemberg in December 1999. There she worked at the Pforzheim District Court , the Karlsruhe Public Prosecutor's Office and the Karlsruhe Regional Court . From 2001 to 2003 secondments were made to the State Ministry of Baden-Württemberg and from 2008 to 2011 as a research assistant to the Federal Constitutional Court . On November 13, 2012, she was appointed judge at the Karlsruhe Higher Regional Court. In March 2017 she was elected judge at the Federal Court of Justice . In June 2018 she was appointed judge there and assigned to the 1st Criminal Senate, which is responsible for general revision matters, in particular for revisions in tax and customs criminal matters .

Pernice is married and has three children.
