Christina Weir

Christina Weir (* in New York City , United States ) is a writer of comics and television shows. She writes with her husband Nunzio DeFilippis , whom she met when they were both students at Vassar College .

Career

Both wrote Arli $$ for two seasons of HBO's series and sold ideas for episodes of the animated series Kim Possible .

They have published several graphic novels and mini-series through the independent publisher Oni Press , including Skinwalker , Three Strikes , Maria's Wedding , The Tomb , Once In A Blue Moon and the recently released Past Lies . Her work at Oni led to work at Marvel Comics and the re-release of the very latest version of the New Mutants comic series . The comic was in New X-Men: Academy X renamed. Turn they worked for three years and created new mutant characters with super powers of Marvel's X-Men - Franchise as Surge , Hellio , day and rockslide . These characters also appeared in the Wonder Woman , Adventures of Superman, and recent Secret Files series .

The duo also translated mangas for Del Rey Guru Guru Pon-Chan , Sugar Sugar Rune and Kagetora . They later worked on manga-style English comics for Seven Seas Entertainment . These are Amazing Agent Luna and Destiny's Hand .
