Christof Straub (2008)

Christof Straub (born August 27, 1969 in Vienna ) is an Austrian musician ( guitarist ), songwriter , composer and entrepreneur.

Life

After graduating from high school , Christof Straub studied architecture at the Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna. In 1991 he and Edina Thalhammer founded the music duo Papermoon , which became famous in Austria and for which he writes the lyrics and songs and for which he is responsible for the musical accompaniment ( guitar ). From July 2000 he worked on the musical "Kill And Win", which was originally supposed to premiere in 2006 at the United Theaters of Vienna, but was never performed. In 2009 he founded Teenage Rockstar Entertainment GmbH and in 2010 organized the Teenage Rockstar Summer Camp on Rügen with the support of Super RTL and Disney. In December 2014 he left the Papermoon project.

In 2002 he married his longtime partner Roumina Wilfling , but a year later they divorced. They have three children, including the singer and actress Zoë Straub (* 1996).
