Christoffer Boe

Christoffer Boe (born May 7, 1974 in Rungsted Kyst , a suburb of Copenhagen ) is a Danish filmmaker .

Life

Christoffer Boe studied film and media at the University of Copenhagen and in 1996 moved to Den Danske Filmskole . While still a student, he gained international attention with his short film trilogy, the last part of which Anxiety was his thesis in 2001. With his feature film debut Reconstruction , he won the Caméra d'Or for best debut film at the Cannes International Film Festival in 2003 . With his team from his student days, he ran the production company Mr. Boe & Co. founded.
