Christoph Burckhard von Witzleben

Christoph Burckhard von Witzleben (* May 2, 1687 ; † June 6, 1732 ) was a Danish Chamberlain , District Administrator and Jägermeister.

He came from the Thuringian noble family von Witzleben and was the son of Kurt Veit von Witzleben (1645-1719). His younger brother Adam Levin von Witzleben became the Danish Privy Councilor, but remained childless. In 1721 he married Anna Theresia Ursula von Dorgelo. From this marriage came the son Adam Levin von Witzleben the Younger , whom he named after his childless younger brother.
