Christoph Kirschner

Christoph Kirschner (born September 21, 1926 - † November 15, 2007 ) was a German internist .

Life

Christoph Kirschner in 1953 at the University of Dusseldorf with a thesis on the Aldolasegehalt of serum and erythrocytes in humans doctorate . Later he was chief physician at the Hochstaden Clinic in Bad Neuenahr .

Kirschner succeeded Karl-Ernst Quentin in 1992 and was Chairman of the German Baths Association (DBV) until 1999 . In 1996 he was the founding president and until 2000 president of the European Spas Association . He was honorary president of both organizations.

In 2005 he was awarded the prize for the merits of rehabilitation in Europe by the Association for the Promotion of Medical Rehabilitation in Europe (VFR).
