Christophe Wahl (born September 29, 1967 ) is a former Swiss ice hockey goalkeeper . Since the 2007/08 season he has been the goalkeeping coach of EHC Biel .

Career as a player

Christophe Wahl began his career as a hockey player with HC Ajoie , for whom he made his debut in the National League A in the 1989/90 season . The goalkeeper was then signed by the reigning Swiss champions HC Lugano , for whom he stood between the posts until 1994. For the 1994/95 season Wahl switched to their league rivals EHC Biel , with whom he relegated to the National League B at the end of the season. He ended his active career with Biel in 1998 at the age of 31.

After the end of his playing career, election took over the post as head coach at third division HC Moutier in the 2003/04 season . In the 2005/06 season he was primarily responsible for the amateur club HC Nord Vaudois before he got a job as a goalkeeper coach at his ex-club EHC Biel for the 2007/08 season .
