Commitment to the TCIFA

At the end of his career, Bryan was elected Secretary General of the National Football Association . He later became president.

As president, Bryan increasingly focused on promoting youth. In September 2008 he started the TCIFA Youth Development Program , a project to support young players. Bryan's consistent promotion of youth showed its fruits early on: Between 2007 and 2008, the number of youth footballers increased by around 50% compared to the previous year. During Bryan's tenure, the Turks and Caicos Islands also took part in a U-17 qualification for the World Cup for the first time.
