The Turks and Caicos Islands Football Association ( TCIFA for short ) is the official football association of the Turks and Caicos Islands . The association was founded in 1996. In May 1996 the TCIFA became an associate member of CONCACAF , and in 1998 it was accepted into the association. He joined FIFA in 1998 as the 200th member of the World Football Association.

With the admission to FIFA, the Turks and Caicos Islands also became part of the GOAL project of the world association to promote youth football and refereeing in the country.
