Christopher Mayer (* 1961 as Christopher Plummer in Trinidad , Trinidad and Tobago ) is an Australian actor .

Christopher Mayer became known to a wider audience than Simon Kelly on the Australian sitcom Hey Dad! , in which he participated from 1988 to 1991 . He replaced actor Paul Smith in this role.

Today Mayer works as a location manager in Sydney and selects suitable locations for films.

Christopher Mayer should not be confused with the American actor of the same name, Christopher Mayer .
