Christos Donis ( Greek Χρήστος Δώνης , born October 9, 1994 in Athens ) is a Greek football player .

Career

Christos Donis started his career in 2008 with the Juniors of Panathinaikos Athens . In the summer of 2012 he was appointed to the first team squad and signed his first professional contract. Donis made his debut in the Greek first division on December 18, 2013. In the encounter against Levadiakos , he also scored his first goal as a professional.

In 2015 Donis was loaned to the Swiss first division club FC Lugano , where he met his younger brother Anastasios Donis .

After Donis was awarded to PAS Ioannina and Iraklis Thessaloniki in the 2016/2017 season , he has been back at Panathinaikos Athens since summer 2017.

Private

Christos Donis is the son of the German-born Greek national player Georgios Donis . His brother Anastasios Donis currently plays for VfB Stuttgart .
