Cidália Lopes Nobre Mouzinho Guterres is the wife of East Timorese President Francisco Guterres . It comes from the island of Atauro, which belongs to East Timor .

Cidália and Francisco were married on May 4, 2002. They have three sons and a daughter. Cidália is the second wife of Francisco Guterres. His first wife was killed during the Indonesian occupation.

Already immediately after the election of her husband on March 20, 2017 Cidália announced its intention to support her husband and to engage socially so for widows, orphans, the elderly, the disabled and the underprivileged. Since then she has regularly visited various institutions and assumed representative tasks, even if her office is not provided for in the constitution. As a first lady , she leads various social programs. Before that, Cidália was a member of the management level of the Organização Popular de Mulheres Timorense (OPMT), the women's organization of the FRETILIN party , of which her husband was chairman.

In an opinion poll by the International Republican Institute from April to May 2017, 62% of respondents said they had a positive or predominantly positive opinion of Cédilia, 36% didn't like it or didn't at all. 3% did not know them. Her predecessor as First Lady Isabel da Costa Ferreira received 89% approval.
