Career

After another year with a smaller club in the region, the ASD Stasia Calcio , he moved to FC Empoli in 1999 . There, however, remained without league use, he left FC after only one year and joined AC Pisa . For this he played from 2000 to 2004 in a total of 99 league games and scored seven goals. In 2004 he moved to Bologna FC , with whom he was relegated from Serie A in his first season . After a season in Serie B , Capuano moved to US Palermo and thus back to Serie A. For Palermo, however, he was no longer used as a regular player, but rather acted as a substitute or rotation player. Dissatisfied with his role, he left Palermo in January 2009 and switched to island rival Catania Calcio . He has been in Serie A for this since then.

In 2002 Capuano completed a game for Italy's U-20s .
