Clair Fearnley
Clair-Louise Fearnley (born March 7, 1975 in Halifax , West Yorkshire , England ) is an Australian athlete who specializes in the 10,000 meter run . She took part in the Commonwealth Games in Australia in 1988 and in the Olympic Games in 2000 .
Career
Fearnley took part in the Commonwealth Games in 1998 and started in the 10,000 meter run . She won the bronze medal behind Kenyan Esther Wanjiru Maina and her compatriot Kylie Risk . She was nominated for the 2000 Olympic Games by the Australian Olympic Committee . Over the 10,000 meters she was eliminated as 15th in her run.
