Claude Ponti
Claude Ponti (born on 22. November 1948 in Lunéville as Claude Ponticelli) is a French children's book illustrator and writer .
Ponti spent his childhood in the Vosges . In France he became known as the author and illustrator of numerous children's books , mostly with his daughter Adèle as the heroine, in German-speaking countries, however, primarily through his first novel Les Pieds-Bleus (1995; German 1997 as The Great Silence under the Snow) .
