Claudia Grötzebach

Claudia Grötzebach (born July 2, 1964 in Apen / Ammerland ) is a German PR consultant, coach and book author.

Career

Claudia Grötzebach completed her studies in political science , sinology and economics in Bonn with a master's thesis on " German-Chinese town twinning - aspiration and reality ". Then Grötzebach initially worked as an assistant and office manager in the office of the Bundestag member Heinz-Günter Bargfrede . She later moved to the office of MP Gabriele Wiechatzek (Berlin).

When the Bundestag moved to Berlin, she decided to become a freelance trainer and consultant. She started this job while studying at the Lake Lucerne Management College , where she completed an internship and later learned the basics of trainer work in-house.

Act

At the beginning of her self-employment, the focus was on political education, where she trained up to ministerial level. She later switched to business.

Grötzebach works as a freelance trainer, consultant, coach and author, primarily in four fields:

  • Crisis advice and overcoming
  • Rhetoric and conversation skills,
  • Intercultural (focus on China) and demography-oriented training
  • Train-the-trainer for activating training and counseling methods.

Since the 1990s, Grötzebach has been active in various voluntary functions. Above all, she took on functions in professional associations. One of the activities was the organization of the "game workshop" later the "method workshop" in Bergisch Gladbach , a local congress with an exhibition for activating teaching and learning methods.

As a board member of the German Society for Suggestopedic Teaching and Learning , she edited two books that explained the suggestopedic teaching method.
