Claudia Hovermann
Claudia Hovermann (born August 27, 1966 in Erkelenz ) is a German non-fiction author.
Life and work
After graduating from high school in 1985 in Heinsberg , Claudia Hovermann completed her training as a European secretary at the International Business School in Lippstadt . After completing her training, she worked as a chief secretary in national and international companies. Claudia Hovermann is married. Hovermann has been the editor-in-chief of the secretaries 'manual since 1990 and the editor-in-chief of the secretaries' letter manager since 2002.
Since 1995 she has been passing on her specialist knowledge to secretaries and assistants in seminars and conferences. She is considered one of the best secretary trainers in Germany. She is the academic director of the Academy for German Business.
