Claudia Wemheuer

Claudia Wemheuer (born April 22, 1961 in Hanover ) is a German lawyer . She is a judge at the Federal Labor Court .

Live and act

After completing her legal training, Wemheuer initially worked in other legal professions before joining the judicial service of the Free Hanseatic City of Bremen on July 1, 1997 . There she was initially employed at the Bremen-Bremerhaven labor court . From October 2010 to September 2012 she was seconded to the Federal Labor Court as a research assistant . In December 2014 she was appointed presiding judge at the Bremen State Labor Court. Since June 1, 2016, she has been a judge at the Federal Labor Court and was assigned to the 3rd Senate , which is primarily responsible for company pension schemes .
